Today we would like to inform you about another milestone in the strategic alliance between PSA Peugeot Citroën and General Motors. We have now formed a Joint Purchasing Organization (JPO) which is operational starting today. The organization will be known as GM PSA Purchasing Europe.
As previously announced GM and PSA have established a Joint Venture Company (JV). However, its activities are limited to providing guidance and direction to the JPO. No Purchasing activities are carried out through the JV. You as a supplier will solely interact with the JPO. (…)
