By the "PSA PEUGEOT CITROËN" is understood PEUGEOT SA as well as all current entities and future ones, controlled directly or not, in the sense of the L. 233-3-I and II article of the Code de Commerce, by PEUGEOT SA. It is also understood that entities whose subsidiaries of the PSA Group hold at least 50% of the shares in the company are included in this definition.

The website accessible at the following addresses « b2b.psa-peugeot-CITROËN.fr » and « b2b.psa-peugeot-CITROËN.com » (hereafter « the Website ») includes :

- A "Public" area for any net surfer, which contains information regarding PSA PEUGEOT CITROËN relationship with its partners, partners registration to the Website private area and access to this private area,
