A login problem?

1. When I enter my ID and password, nothing happens. What should I do ?
2. When I enter my ID and password, the login window reappears. What should I do ?
3. When I enter my id and my password, the "Cache problem / Problem de cache" message is displayed. What shall I do ?

1. When I enter my ID and password, nothing happens. What should I do ?

It is possible that your browser's 'Cookies' are not activated. In this case, logging-on to B2B Portal's private area is impossible. Please activate your browser's cookies.



2. When I enter my ID and password, the login window reappears. What should I do ?

Verify that your ID and your password follow the rules below:

The ID:

It consists of the letter "v" (in small letters or capital letters) followed by 6 digits

The password:

contains between 6 and 8 characters
contains at least one digital character
does not contain capital letters
does not contain special or stressed characters
is not equal to your ID, nor to your Supplier Code
is not equal to one of the last five already used passwords.

If the problem persist, please contact your Partner Logic Security Administrator (PLSA).



3. When I enter my id and my password the "Cache problem / Problem de cache" message is displayed. What shall I do ?


Please follow the instructions :

- Leave the B2B Portal website

With IE 5.5 :

Click on Tools.
Then click on Internet Options...
In the General section click on Delete files...
Then in Settings... click on Display files and delete all files.

With IE 6 :

Click on Tools.
Then click on Internet Options...
In the General section click on Delete cookies and Delete files...
Then in Settings select Every time

Netscape :

Click on Edit then Preferences....
On the left hand menu select Advanced then Cache.
On the right hand on the screen click on Clear memory cache then on Clear disk cache.

If you have saved the B2B Portal address in your favorites make sure that there are no extra characters after the ".com" or".fr" and that you did not place the authentification page address in your favorites : https://b2bs.psa-peugeot-citroen.com
If it is the case, in your favorites :

Right click on the name of the link and click on Properties
Enter the B2B Portal Homepage : b2b.psa-peugeot-citroen.com (b2b.psa-peugeot-citroen.fr)
